Kathy has over 15 years of experience in organizational management. Kathy was raised around construction her entire life as she comes from a family of tradesmen. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and a background in Human Resources. Kathy values accountability, teamwork, and trust. She has a passion for collaborating, building trust and building relationships with people. She loves to find ways to help bring the best out of people and focus on teamwork to execute successful outcomes. Kathy is a wife, a mother to 3 beautiful children and probably one of the best multi-taskers you will ever encounter. Kathy also values compassion and commitment and aims to integrate those values into Capitol Metro Contracting .

With over 20 years of experience, Hector demonstrates and offers substantial skill in project management, team building, and overseeing projects. He is extremely profound in detail, monitoring and evaluating projects. Hector believes in kindness and giving people opportunities to grow and develop. He loves to mentor the youth and lend a hand when needed. Hector is a person with true grit and is always willing to go the extra mile to serve his clients. Hector is a family man and loves dogs.

Ivan is innovative, knowledgeable, and more importantly holds the core value of dedication to his clients. Ivan has over 15 years of experience in Real Estate, Sales and Marketing. He has a deep understanding of marketing principles, strategizing and communicating. Ivan grew up in Fairfax, Virginia; and is a husband and father to three beautiful children. Aside from his profession, Ivan enjoys working out, vacationing and spending time with his family.

Melissa is a wonderful and strong asset to our team because she strives to meet all client’s expectations, while exhibiting the best customer care. She also served four honorable years in the United States Marine Corps, with a background in logistics. Melissa’s attention to detail is impeccable. It is an absolute pleasure to interact with her. Melissa has been in the administrative field for over 5 years and has a degree in business management. She is a wife and a mother to three beautiful children. She loves the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
